My client, an established brand and marketing agency is currently hiring for an Account Manager, who will be responsible for the following:

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities aligned tothe brand's broad service capabilities in events, exhibitions, retail, experiential marketing, content, and technology
• Lead pitches and proposal development. Includes working with the relevant team and producers to pull together the required Specialist Services to develop the proposal
• Competent in leading client’s strategies and to identify client’s needs and to create strategies to meet those needs.
• Key responsibility is to establish and maintain relationships with identified clients, both new and existing. Hosting of regular POV meetings with the client to share insights and extend the value creation will be expected of you.

Requirements

• Diploma with minimum 2 - 4 years of working experience in the events related industry or has relevant experience
• Ability to effectively engage with professionals from client side, as well as understand, navigates, and manages complex, hierarchical corporate clients.
• Exposure on different types of projects such as events, multi-media, online, interactive, direct marketing and social media, etc.
• Ability to effectively manage project teams assembled from different business units within a large corporate agency.

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location: Central East

• Working hours : Monday – Friday, Office Hours

• Salary: Up till S$3,300 higher / Negotiable (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).

Assist the Restaurant Manager in delivering Service Commitment Responsibilities:

Assist the Restaurant Manager in delivering Talent Management Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the recruitment and selection process in the restaurant.

• Maintains communication within the shop.
• Creates shop objectives and action plans to achieve the target
• Utilizes retention and rewards tools to motivate restaurant staff. Manage the crew which includes rostering, regular coaching, communications.

Assist the Restaurant Manager in delivering Business Responsibilities:

• Maintains highest standards of ethics and integrity.
• Maintains highest standards of personal conduct and appearance
• Identifies, establishes, and implements local promotions designed to maximize sales for the operation, with the agreement of 4Fingers.
• Implements brand promotions.
• Manage day to day operations that includes the highest safety and hygiene standards compliant with regulations.
• Develops sales, cost, profit targets
• Responsible for the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly restaurant reports.
• To keep and implement 4Fingers standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage raw materials, supplies, equipment and IT systems.
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
