Seeking for a knowledgeable, passionate and caring Spinal Expert as our Chief Wellness Manager & Trainer. You will be a good match if you possesses great communication and coaching skills, and an inspirational trainer.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Setup operational SOP in customer services, follow up activities and day-to-day routine for the office
• Work with our Chiropractor and Spinal Experts to providing customer with tips and educate them to improve their lifestyle, including nutrition, exercise plans, and stretches
• Keep detailed records of customer conditions, progress and monitor their care plans
• Attend conferences and workshops to keep current with development in Wellness Care, Rehabilitation and Spinal Wellness care space
• Educate our customers on importance of Spinal care
• Conduct education talks at schools, corporate and events
• Train our staff and partners on spinal wellness and the use of equipment and software
• Conduct and train staff and partner on our Aspine Systems and spinal checks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree / Master / Doctor of Chiropractic from an accredited chiropractic college will be ideal.
• Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science, Physio Therappy or Rehabilitation are also welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude and strong integrity.
• Experience in managing an outlet and leading a team.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Manage and oversee the entire operation

· Deliver superior customer services and ensure customer satisfaction

· Plan and develop customer loyalty programs

· Plan new and update existing company policy

· Develop the overall marketing strategy

· Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints

· Organize and supervise shifts

· Manage and lead staff (including hiring new employees)

· Training and evaluate staff performance

· Forecast requirements and maintain inventory

· Manage supplies (including costs control and minimizing wastage)

· Nurture a positive working environment for all employees

· Monitor operations, implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales

Scope:

• Supporting and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company's assigned portfolio.
• Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liasing with property agents.
• Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
• Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.
• Support Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting
• Ad hoc leasing duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Real Estate/Business/Marketing
• At least 5 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing.
• Relevant experience in budgeting is highly preferred
• Candidates who have relevant experience in the same industry will have an added advantage.
• Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have an added advantage.
• Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
