Job Desccription:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused HelpDesk Customer Support Consultant to provide exceptional first-level support to users through calls, emails, and chat. This role involves managing public-facing inquiries, resolving issues, and liaising with internal teams to ensure timely resolution. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for users by responding to calls, emails, and chatbot queries.
• Provide first-call resolution for users calling into the public-facing hotline, offering advice and solutions to resolve their issues promptly.
• Liaise with other support or product teams to escalate and resolve user requests/issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up for all incidents.
• Make outbound calls to users who request callbacks, ensuring their concerns are addressed.
• Handle emails and other tasks as assigned by the team leader to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and respond to queries via the chatbot platform, maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Maintain composure and professionalism while managing calls and queries from members of the public, even during high-pressure situations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a helpdesk or customer support role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and empathetically.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions promptly.
• Ability to manage stress effectively and maintain focus while handling a high volume of calls and inquiries.
• Familiarity with helpdesk tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other support teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience handling public-facing customer support inquiries.
• Knowledge of chatbots and email management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage all transportation processes including incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare and arrange of import, export and LCL shipment documentations and custom clearance.
• Update and maintain warehouse inventories to ensure accurate inventory management of Goods in the warehouse.
• Work closely with Warehouse to ensure all services rendered to customer are captured for billing on time and accurately.
• Prepare and maintain accurate invoices to customers with an agreed billing agreement.
• Assist operation and administrative duties.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE “O” level or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or a related role is preferred
• Display empathy and patience when dealing with customers
• Good telephone etiquette and communication skills
• Positive attitude, multi-tasker and a team-oriented mindset working with minimal supervision is essential

Job Responsibilities:

1) Handle customer enquires channels via direct face-to-face interactions, hotline, WhatsApp, messages, emails and social media etc effectively.

2) Disseminate customer enquiries to appropriate sales staff for follow-up.

3) Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

4) Provide product, delivery, membership and promotion information including solution and consultation to customer with salespersons.

5) Arrange product collection, delivery appointment, refund, product exchange and follow up.

6) Liaising with various departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in a fast and timely manner.

7) Any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

1) Ability to liaise with customers over the customer enquires channels in a professional manner.

2) Manage customers’ feedbacks or complaints efficiently in a timely manner.

3) Possess excellent computer skills especially Google drives, Google sheets and internet.

4) Possess excellent customer service handling skills with good attitude, positive mindset and a good team player.

5) Willing to work on a 6day work week – Retail hours: 12.30pm – 9pm with Off on a fixed weekday.

6) Those with some customer service background will have an added advantage.

7) Those without experience but with keen interest in handling customers and IT Savvy especially in Google Sheets, Google Drives and internet are welcome to apply.

8) Able to commence work within short notice.

9) Candidate must possess O level/Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Customer Service or its equivalent.

Salary Package: Up to $2,600 Basic + OT + Allowance + Sign on bonus

Location: Changi Airport

• 5-6 days work week
• Able to work in rotating shift
