Sales Budget

• Ensure achievement of overall Automation budget targets, encompassing products with direct AUT SAP code under automation and Automation Cabinets under ESS SAP Code

Support for Overseas Office

Quotations

Orders

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

This involves coordinating with the factory for RMA#, monitoring shipment for diagnostic purposes, following up with the factory for repair charges, quoting customers for repair costs, tracking POs for repairs, monitoring repair lead times, and arranging shipment back to customers’ post-repair

Demo Units

• Handle demo unit processes for Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia regions. This includes updating the demo unit list, preparing loan slips for customers, coordinating delivery of demo units to customers, and ensuring the timely return of demo units

The Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree major in Computer Science and Technology is preferred
• 3 to 5 years' experience in enterprise mobility (EM) products sales
• Hard working with passion, able to work under pressure and good in communication and team spirit
• Experienced in tablet PC, scanner, and PDA product application
