• Build strong relationships with our Partnerships organisation, understanding their business and key challenges
• Coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams including sales, regional product marketing, comms, creative, external agencies and legal
• Influence and manage multiple stakeholders across the business to drive alignment

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of work experience, ideally with 2+ years' experience focused in B2B marketing
• Experience in partner marketing, co-marketing, events marketing or marketplace is preferred
• Strong marketing background with track record in strategizing, executing, and measuring performance and creative marketing campaigns end-to-end
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders internally and externally, proven ability to negotiate and influence plans to deliver joint KPIs and results
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese as this role will be managing clients in Vietnam

• Responsible for operational and management of stall/kiosk, monitor and ensure smooth operations of his / her respective outlet.
• Manage the location’s inventory, food, labour and operating costs
• Maintain consistency in quality of food & beverage service, cleanliness of his / her respective outlet.
• Streamline operations procedures to improve efficiencies and optimize profitability
• Assist in the development and implementation of new food items and marketing programs
• To suggest new improved ways to every aspect of the business operations, including food, service, staff image etc.
• To optimize manpower with proper planning and allocation
• Ensure high service standard and customer satisfaction
• Staff recruitment and training
• Motivate staff and enforcing staff discipline and compliance to policies
• Conduct / attend outlet meetings and training sessions as required
• Ensure that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned, in order to prolong usage
