Job summary

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager in Singapore to join our team. This is a pivotal role to directly collaborate with our customers globally. You are crucial to the success of our customers and will be instrumental in driving adoption and value of the proposed cognitive digital twin solutions, ultimately responsible for understanding our customer’s demands and delivering an excellent experience. Responsibilities

•Manage and grow customer relationships by delivering timely, attentive, project-based support;

•Conduct interactions with customer and collect feedback for improving internal efforts;

•Contribute to delivery and service reviews and recommend strategy plans;
