• Ensure customer bookings are promptly documented, processed and reviewed for accuracy and completeness.

Job Description

What you will be working on

Our Customer Service Department serves as the primary interface between our organisation and CPF members. As part of the Customer Service Team, you will play a crucial role in assisting CPF members in making well-informed decisions about their CPF savings by understanding and addressing their information needs with a professional and compassionate approach.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and deliver personalised service to address CPF members' enquiries related to CPF schemes and services through various channels, including but not limited to calls (video calls included), counters, text messaging, contact centres and service centres.
• Engage with CPF members in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences and nurture lasting relationships.
• Identify and address CPF members’ needs, with a goal of achieving total satisfaction.

Work Hours

As our Customer Service Officer, you'll enjoy a 5-day work week, including a weekend. Here's what your typical week looks like:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one-hour meal break)
• Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one-hour meal break)
• You'll also get one weekday off and one weekend off each week
• Engaging 2-hours (+/-) team meeting weekly, to brainstorm and collaborate.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in customer service-related roles, preferably within enrichment centres
• Proficient in MacBook and G-Suite applications (e.g., Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets)
• Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written) with keen attention to detail
• Proven sales skills or experience in achieving sales targets is an advantage.
• Demonstrates effective and efficient customer service abilities

Job Description:

• Deliver customer service to hotline calls, emails and walk-ins

• Processing of orders via various purchase options

• Processing enrolments of new customers

• Prepare daily sales report to ensure accurate payments received and stock quantities

• Assist with merchandise and spare parts purchase

• Filing of documents

• Checking of invoices with order forms to ensure invoices are keyed correctly

Scope of Service:
