Responsibilities:

• Assist the shop manager in building a vibrant customer community.
• Engage with customers, gather feedback, and help us continuously improve.
• Perform daily operational tasks such as taking orders and serving customers.
• Learn about our products and provide recommendations when requested.
• Coordinate with the kitchen crew to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor and management.

Requirements:

• Happy, energetic, and hands-on with a can-do attitude.
• Service-oriented and a team player with a positive outlook.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
