You’ll play a crucial role in managing our clients' air export needs, providing exceptional service, and coordinating with our operations team to ensure smooth shipment arrangements. Roles & Responsibilities

• Support assigned customers and overseas agents by managing sales quotations, RFIs, RFQs, and inquiries.
• Book air export shipments with airlines and co-loader agents, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Handle air export billing, invoice verification, and resolve rate disputes efficiently.
• Coordinate with clients, sales teams, overseas agents, and operations staff to ensure successful shipment arrangements.
• Perform additional duties as requested to support team goals.

Requirements

• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry. Excellent command of English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
• Experience: Experience in air freight is a bonus, but not required. We welcome fresh candidates willing to learn.
• Attributes: Team player with a proactive attitude. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently. Willingness to work overtime if necessary.

• Location: No. 9, Airlines Road, #02-16 & #02-17, Cargo Agents Building ‘D’, Changi Airfreight Centre, Singapore 819827.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm. Saturday, 9 am – 1 pm (alternate Saturdays off upon confirmation).
• Leave: 14 days of annual leave after confirmation.

Job Purpose:

Responsible in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective management of the customer order processing function. Accountable for timely response to Customer/Customer Development/Sales team’s inquiries and resolving Order to Cash (OTC) process issues. Plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the customer service team. To maintain and enhance customer relationships and in order to meet the organizational and operational objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the day-to-day order management activities are executed flawlessly and timely.
• Works closely with Commercial partners to measure customer satisfaction relating to ordering process and delivery management.
• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Order management inclusive the following:

o Processing of orders, consignment fill up, billing and returns

o Product recall handling – collection & replacement

o Generate backorder report

o Generate sales order report

• Consignment Inventory Management
• Project Management
• Participates Customer’s supply chain related meeting / review
• Actively notify management on the changing needs and recommends process changes to accommodate customer requirements.
• Responds to and resolves complex customer complaints.
• Work with 3PL/4PL to ensure service and order deliver on time to customers and collaborate on specific projects or initiatives to support business growth or process improvements
• Ensure Customer Service activities are aligned with the total Supply Chain strategies
• Participate actively in alignment and adherent to business objectives, policies and procedures
• Undertake any other duties or responsibilities deemed necessary for the advancement

Qualification:

• Degree Holder preferably in Business Management, Economics, International Studies, with minimum 1 year of Customer Service/ Supply Chain/ Order Fulfilment experience
• Experience in Healthcare sector is a plus
• SAP System knowledge, especially in “Order To Cash” process
• Basic Understanding of EDI or VMR or Order Management Process
• Basic Understanding of Return & Rejection Process
• Strong in Analytical Skill, Problem Solving and PC Literate
• Understanding of basic business finance
• Strong leadership and decision making skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to adapt to an ever- changing supply chain environment and organization development driven.
• Willing to work on Public Holiday / Extra Working Hours. Off-in-lieu/ Time-off will be compensated

The Customer Service will be part of a business that is a market leader in the bearings industry. Reporting to the Sales Department, you will be responsible for e-invoicing activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Upload tax invoices/credit notes, and/or delivery orders to the respective customers’ eInvoicing portals.
• Update the process status in via ERP system
• Monitor and track the completeness of the tax invoices in the IB2K system vs. the shared folders and customers’ eInvoicing portals.
• Liaise with Logistics and Sales personnel for any variations in the invoices

• Ensure customer bookings are promptly documented, processed and reviewed for accuracy and completeness.

• Any special shipment requirements shall be resolved with the shipper prior accepting the booking.
• Keep Sales Personnel about their bookings.
• Upon receipt of booking from shipper, Customer Service will book shipment direct with shipping lines or our consol for both FCL and LCL cargo.
• After confirmation of space with shipping lines or consol, Customer Service will advise shipper via email or fax.
• Customer Service will proceed to arrange the trucking and collection of cargo if customer require this service.
• Any changes in vessel details or delay in arrival date will made known to shipper via phone or email by Customer Service.
• Ensure all cargoes send in good condition and if any damage shall revert to customer immediately.
• Verify vendor’s invoice and close files.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
