Job Description:

The Customer Services Officer is responsible to present a welcoming and knowledgeable experience to patients and customers at the Information Counter and in Thomson Medical Centre (TMC). Job Descriptions:

1. Deliver Meal Service to patients, attend to and assist with food related concerns and queries of patients.
2. Take the patients’ meal orders using the Electronic Meal Ordering System (eMOS).
3. Perform duty as a Service Ambassador to meet requests and attend to the hospitality needs patients.
4. Ensure accuracy of every patient’s meal orders, preference, restrictions, special requests and food allergies are properly recorded in the eMOS.
5. Clear soiled meal trays from patient rooms at the given time.
6. Attend to wards and patient’s food related issues, complaints and feedbacks. Coordinate with the Kitchen staff for follow up action and service recovery.
7. Undertake any duties as assigned by Superior.
8. Comply with all Food Hygiene and Safety practices and NEA regulations governing leanliness and hygiene.

Requirements:

• At least a Secondary Education in any discipline
• Preferably with Basic Food Hygiene cert will be an advantage
• Service oriented and good communication skills
• Experience in healthcare, hotel, food & beverage, hospitality industry will be an added advantage
• Able to work on 12-hour shifts, weekends and public holidays
• 4-days work week (Total working hours is 44 hours in a week)

Requirements

You will need to demonstrate care, empathy and professionalism in delivering prompt and excellent frontline services to patients. You will handle the registration of patients' visits, appointment scheduling, collection of payments, and provide financial counselling. In addition, you will handle the administration of patients' records and assist doctors with patient's medical reviews in the consultation rooms.

Responsibilities

• Generate Timesheet from in-house software, review data for duplicate entries, incorrect entries. Get approval from SOM for submission to HR to proceed with payroll processing.
• Check maintenance monthly completion (ideally 90% above) and remind all team Supervisor to ensure completion and no missed visit.
• Prepare PTW for maintenance works to clients for approval.
• Apply and submit request to access job sites.
• Prepare monthly call reports to clients & finance department
• Coordinate with all school clients on MOE SBI checklist completion
• Coordinate & submit several requirements to Finance (Accounts Receivable) for maintenance invoicing.
• Arrange existing workers & new hire safety certification (WAH, MSOC, OPSOC)
• Assist SOM to raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) daily.
• Prepare & email yearly servicing schedules to clients.
• Assist & advise technicians on device issues (in-house device, outlook, reset passwords)
• Ensure field personnel submit their leave application, medical chits, and urgent leave via e-leave system.
• Collate/submit department stationery orders on a monthly basis.
• Any other ad-hoc duties / tasks assigned by Managers.
