2) Disseminate customer enquiries to appropriate sales staff for follow-up.

3) Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

4) Provide product, delivery, membership and promotion information including solution and consultation to customer with salespersons.

5) Arrange product collection, delivery appointment, refund, product exchange and follow up.

6) Liaising with various departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in a fast and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

· Deliver virtual or onsite product training sessions

· Consult with customers on best practices for their organization’s usage of the product

· Responsible for performing customer needs and solution finding sessions

· Identify needs for additional features and training that enhance customer success and retention

· Speak with power users in the organization and identify opportunities for expansion of account usage

· Provide customer feedback and/or requirements to the Sales team

· Stay up-to-date and be a subject matter expert on all new product features rollouts

· Attend all sessions organized for products purposes

· Participate in training/mentoring new team members

· Familiarity with SaaS product and ability to employ strategies in online environments

Requirements:

· Minimum a Diploma Holder.

· Must be IT savvy and familiar with SaaS products.

· Good analytics and problem solving skills.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· With a minimum of 4 years working experience in Customer Support role preferred.

· Must be able to converse and write well and clearly in English language. Able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Other information:

Role 1

- 5.5 days (44 hours per week)

- Working hours: Mon to Fri (2 shifts): 8.30am to 8.30pm (830am to 530pm) & (1130am to 830pm) Sat: 830am to 1pm

- Candidate will work Mon - Fri 1130am to 830pm, when there is a need of leave coverage, then schedule will be adjusted.

Role 2

- Rotating shift (including weekends and PH)

- As a back up engineer, he/she will work Mon to Thur from 10am to 10pm, only when he needs to cover other team members' absence, then the working hours is either 830am to 8:30pm or 1pm to 1am.
