Work Hours

Full-time employees must work a 5-day week, including a weekend. Your work schedule is pegged to the center's operation hours and operational needs. As a general rule, you will work the following hours:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)

Job Descriptions

• Handle Sample registration: Weigh in-coming samples, Open samples, arrange documents, take pictures and register samples in the database and store pictures in drive. Same as mentioned for Lube Oil, Grease and Water Samples registration.
• Co-ordinate with lab for sample sub-out to other labs for samples such as Lube Oil, Grease and water samples
• Reporting: reporting of MFTP reports (Whenever needed), Fuel system check reports, Additional test reports as requested by customer, reporting of extended analysis report sent by Lab, reporting Lube Oil, Grease and Water reports.
• Additional reports like Fuel system check, Lube oil, Grease, Water, Compatibility or any other additional test reports to be prepared manually using the standard templates. Key-in the lab approved results and change or add in the commentary if needed based on the results.

Overview and purpose of the position

KidSTART@NUH is a government-led initiative which seeks to provide support services to vulnerable pregnant mothers. This program has been highly successful in helping underprivileged pregnant mothers deliver a healthy baby and to ensure that the newborn gets the best start in life. Through home visits, the program actively engages families, social/community partners and government agencies to provide systematic, integrated and holistic support. The program aims to engage families from the early pregnancy period to maximize the health of both mother and baby, to support breastfeeding and to foster mother-child bonding so as to enhance child development and potential during the first 3 years of life.

The Patient Service Associate role is to provide support in outreach efforts to engage and to recruit new families to join the KidSTART@NUH Merged Home Visitation Programme. Patient Service Associate is part of a care team that will provide identification of needs, anticipatory guidance, screenings and service coordination for clients assigned under their care. Details stated in Job Responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support in outreach efforts to reach out and recruit new families to join the KidSTART@NUH Merged Home Visitation Programme.
• Administrative and Systems Support. Support team with outreach and engagement efforts as required by programme.
• Support intake and enquiries of referrals.
• Employs effective communication and rapport building skills when interacting with antenatal patients, clients, families, and staff.

• Service Lead might be escalated during non-office hours on his professional / personal phone.

What you bring

Experience

• 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain Environment
• Customer service experience with customer centric mindset
• Leadership experience is highly preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
