Customer Solutions and Innovation (CSI) is a DHL's cross divisional commercial and innovation unit. We are responsible for managing DHL's largest and most strategically important customers. Programme and Residents management

• Part of a multi-disciplinary team to support activities in accordance with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practice and program philosophy
• Introduce, implement rehabilitative therapies and/or programmes. Review and evaluate therapies and programmes to see if they are relevant to residents.
• Facilitate, coordinate and plan in-house programmes for residents. Monitor residents’ involvement for in-house activities and update individual residents’ care plan (ICP) report to respective case or social workers/managers
