• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical, non-technical staff, and end-users

Professional Experience and Education

• At least 3 years’ experience in a customer focused role
• At least 2 years’ experience in a Service Desk role of increasing complexity
• Experience in a senior role
• Bachelor’s degree or certificate program
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent knowledge
• Latest Microsoft Windows certification or equivalent knowledge

• Coordinate with customers and handle incoming phone calls.
• Create quotations and provide support to the sales team.

Requirements:

• GCE A Level and above
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Excellent Interpersonal and co-ordination skills
