Requirements

1. Knowledge of Automatic Door Operator : A Solid understandign of automatic door operatos, their functionality, and maintenance requirements.

2. Possession of a Class Driving License

3. Knowledge of Ironmongery and Door Closers : Familiarity with various ironmongery products, including door closers, and their installation and maintenance.

4. Familiarity with Singapore Building Environment Regulations : A good understanding of the building and safety regulations in Singapore related to doors, door operators and associated hardware.

• Using all proper means in the Employee’s capacity to advise, promote, improve, develop, extend and maintain the Group’s business and to protect and further the reputation, business, interests of the Group
• Using and optimising usage of all improved and updated technological / digital software made available – including assisting for Software Implementation, Improvement and Training (i.e Zendesk, etc)
• Processing the placement of orders received from customers via phone and email.
• Respond and follow up to customer inquiries via email or phone.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

• Provide timely solutions to customers with regards to their transactions.

Requirements:

• Possess minimum Nitec / Diploma in any discipline.
• Beneficial to have expeirence dealing with 3PL / 4PL and Export customers, not a must have.

As a key member of the Sales Support Team, the Customer care (Sales Support) Executive reports to the Head of Sales (Singapore and Malaysia). The role focuses on delivering excellent service to our customers with dedicated market focus. The responsibilities include handling customers' queries professionally to orders being placed within the expected timelines and manage inbound contacts via three (3) channels such as phone, email, and periodic sales visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• 2 years of sales support experience preferred

1. Provide on-going application support and be involved in various stages of the SDLC.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Candidate should have:

- At least 1-5 years of healthcare IT experience

- A team player and also able to work independently.

- Possess excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and conflict resolution skills with proven ability to translate complex, technical subjects into clear and concise communications to a variety of key stakeholders of different levels.

- Versatile in working independently as well as an effective team player.

Responsibilities:

This position requires the candidate to work closely with the Operations and Client Service team. This position will provide customer care services to students and their parents, as well as operational support for the team.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan monthly enrichment programme schedules and holiday camps for all schools.
• Liaise between schools and enrichment programme vendors to confirm the schedule.
• Inform respective schools to broadcast the available enrichment programme to the parents.
• Handle parents’ queries, feedback and enrolment promptly and professionally.
