Our client is one of the leading players in the Education sector. They are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central - easily accesible.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily emails and phone inquiries.
• Provide support, advice, and counseling to students.
• Manage graduation logistics, including payment checks and distribution of transcripts and certificates.
• Schedule and coordinate deferred mid-term tests.
• Arrange exam script viewing sessions for students.
• Explain transfer contracts to students.
• Organize orientations, LinkedIn workshops, and graduation ceremonies.
• Conduct class visits and manage ad-hoc projects or audits.
• Oversee administrative tasks, including attendance checks, student tracking, and course evaluations.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Business or other relevant equivalent field of study.
• Min 1 year of customer service experience, with confidence in attending to students' enquiries.
• Entry level is welcome, with prior customer service exposure is highly prefered.
