Responsibilities :

• Focus on order processing, order fulfillment till delivery in promptly and accurately manner.
• Acknowledge customers' email on queries/feedback/order placement within one working day.
• Follow up with customers to ensure high level satisfaction and determining future requirements.
• Ensure that customer's complaints/feedback are well investigated, resolved, and escalating the complaints/ feedbacks aptly to Senior and working with Regulatory & QSHE swiftly & independently.
• Ensure the availability of certificate of analysis/compliance, applying inspection status.
• Prepare, generate, and disseminate customer's reports on timely and accurately manner.
• Collecting and sustaining sales data and database of customer contacts.
• Maintain good filing and retrieval system to ensure easy access of work documents, when needed.
• Recommend management systems improvement measures to the Superior.
• Comply with management systems procedures.
• To follow the company's procedures, safety rules and measures stated in the WSH Risk Assessment.
• Not to engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger yourself or others working around you.
• Use of personal protective equipment provided, to ensure safety while working.
• The responsibilities to participate in protecting the environment, preventing pollution, complying with applicable requirements as identified in the policy statements and promoting sustainable practices.

Requirements:

• Understands the import/export of goods, documentation, AWB or BL
• Customer fronting exposure
• End-to-end order fulfilment (resolve matters for internal/external customer with minimal supervision)

Job Scope

• Ensure customer bookings are promptly documented, processed and reviewed for accuracy and completeness
• Input export job reference
• Any special shipment requirements shall be resolved with the shipper prior accepting the booking;
• Keep Sales Personnel informed about their bookings
• Upon receipt of booking from shipper, Customer Service will book shipment direct with shipping lines or our consol for both FCL and LCL cargo
• After confirmation of space with shipping lines or consol, Customer Service will advise shipper via email or fax
• Customer Service will proceed to arrange the trucking and collection of cargo if customer require this service
• Any changes in vessel details or delay in arrival date will be made known to shipper via phone or email by Customer Service
• Ensure all cargoes send in good condition and if any damage shall revert to customer immediately

Requirement

• GCE O Level / Diploma or Degree in Logistics Management or equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experiences

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of related working experience in automotive service centres
• Strong technical knowledge in Continental/European vehicles is a plus
• Possess valid Class 3 driving license
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
