Job Description

• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all internal and external customers / patients
• Handle admission, discharge and transferring of patients into wards, which includes creating and maintaining proper personal records of patients without compromising any data and safety breaches.
• Making internal and external appointments for patients as per ordered by doctors.
• Ensure ward’s operational and procedural area readiness based on desired service standards.
• Provide basic financial counselling to patient and next-of-kin when requested.
• Manage stock inventory within the assigned ward.
