Sales Admin/ Customer Service Executive
• Assists in handle and resolve all customer queries effectively and promptly.
• Escalating service support issue when required.
• Preparation of supporting documents.
• Any other adhoc duties assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
• Min GCE "N" Level or higher with 2 to 3 years of customer service experience
• Proficient in MS office applications, especially Excel formula & pivot table.
• Good Customer service, comfortable handling customers’ calls and emails.
• Good project management skills with strong communication skills.
Salary: $2,800 - $3,500
