Electrician / Service Technician

Working Day: Monday - Friday 8.15 am to 5.30 pm
Working Location: Near Pioneer MRT
Salary: $2000 – 2500 (Depends on Experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to interpret electrical systematic drawings
• Able to perform basic Electrical, Equipment troubleshooting
• Installation of Electrical Wiring
• Able to do general Building Maintenance works
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• With experience in electrical control panel wiring will be an added advantage
• Understand electrical schematic diagram.
• With NITEC / Diploma in Electrical or Electronic is preferred.
• With class 3 driving license is added advantage.

Job Description:

• Provide timely and effective assistance for order processing through call center hotline, email, and sales order channels.
• Accurately and promptly input orders into the system.
• Ensure orders received via hotline and email are processed promptly and accurately.
• Communicate critical information such as urgent delivery requests to the delivery department and follow up until completion.
• Adhere strictly to procedures for processing items with sales restrictions, orders requiring price approval, and other specified requirements.
• Offer administrative support as needed, including filing, data entry, and document retrieval.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• Good verbal, communication and interpersonal skills
• Call centre experience or experience in customer service/customer support role are advantageous
