• Provide on-site wayfinding/assistance (e.g. lost-and-found) for public visitors at the Public Concierge, the proposed manpower will escalate the service requests/status enquiries/feedback to the middle office via the Employee Relationship Management System (ERMS) for case resolution
• Provide logistics and AV support for events organised within the three primary locations when needed.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Automotive Technician to lead our team of mechanics and oversee all technical, mechanical, and electrical repairs in our automotive service center. As the Chief Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repairs on various makes and models, including high-end luxury vehicles such as Porsche, Bentley, Rolls Royce, Ferrari, Lamborghini, and others.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform Technical Repairs: Conduct comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on automotive systems, including engine overhauls, gearbox overhauls, air conditioning repairs, and electrical repairs. Ensure that all repairs are executed efficiently and accurately, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
2. Lead and Supervise: Manage a team of mechanics, providing guidance, training, and support. Monitor the progress of repairs, allocate tasks, and ensure that work is completed within the set timelines and quality standards. 3. Diagnostic Expertise: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and troubleshoot complex issues in automotive systems. Job Purpose

Assist Front-of-House (FOH) management in providing customer service at any AHL venues and performing FOH services to all customers within corporate guidelines with the objective of providing high service standards.

Duties and responsibilities

• Provide high-quality front-of-house services at Arts House Limited venues.
• Function as Venue Officer (as scheduled), delivering excellent customer service to all patrons and visitors.
• Assist managers in maintaining venue standards and ensuring consistency in venue operations.
• Supervise the upkeep and presentation of public areas.
• Support the coordination of special events and gala performances when needed.
• Address and resolve issues or complaints.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency evacuation procedures.
• Conduct public tours of the venues, as required.
• Provide hospitality services for partners, guests of honor (GOH), and VIPs.

Responsibilities:

• Performance Management: Take charge of overseeing and managing the call center’s performance to ensure consistent achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Validate and provide insights on call center reports to the management team.
• Quality Assurance: Supervise the quality of customer interactions by implementing and driving initiatives for quality improvement. Work closely with the vendor to maintain high service standards and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Customer Interaction Analysis: Analyze customer interactions in-depth to identify key drivers and trends. Use interaction analytics to gain insights into customer sentiments, enhance the customer experience, and optimize call center performance.
• Training and Communication: Lead the training and communication efforts for the call center team regarding new business initiatives, systems, policies, and procedures. Ensure the team is well-prepared to meet changing customer needs and organizational directives.
• Support for Management: Serve as a vital support to the Customer Service Manager in strategic decision-making. Assume leadership roles in special projects and initiatives that enhance the overall effectiveness of the customer service function.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager or senior management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification with at least 4-5 years of experience in a call centre environment, including leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis. Experience with interaction analytics and customer experience management tools is a plus.
