Responsibilities:

You will assist to resolve policyholders’ and Financial Representatives’ issues relating to insurance policy.

• Manage walk-in policyholders’ and Financial Representatives’ queries / requests on policy related matters queries/requests (Life and General Insurance) within stipulated time;

• Ensure unresolved issues over the counter are promptly followed up and resolved within stipulated time;

• Assess and manage appeals, feedbacks and minor complaints from policyholders, Financial Representatives and business partners;

• Provide excellent customer service experience;

• Manage customer feedbacks/complaints with a good closure within the operational turnaround time.

• Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;

• Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;

• Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices; and

• Other incidental “ad hoc” duties to ensure smooth functioning of various touchpoints such

as assisting Digital Comms and Call Centre;

• May be rotated amongst the different Service Centres;

• Manage ad-hoc assignments/tasks delegated by the Section Head, when required.

Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)

• 1 weekday off; 1 rest day

Job Responsibilities

• To perform cost in and cost approval for shipments includes air freight, logistics and trucking shipments.
• Arrange, handle & organize air import shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Liaising with external and internal stakeholders for shipment status and handling.
• Attend to customers' requests for flight information, cargo and delivery status, permit, invoice, etc.
• Arrange custom clearance and declare permits.
• Arrange pickup/delivery to the consignee’s premises.
• Process and issue billing to customers.
• Other assignment assigned by the management.

• Possess Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in Freight Forwarding with the understanding of incoterms will be an advantage
