Scope :
Maintain up to date knowledge on product services and SOPs
Focus in fulfiling potential of sales to existing and prospective customers ( Enrollments & Onboarding)
Manage high volume of customers queries and feedbacks over the counter and through calls and emails
work closely with creative team and operations team to steamline information flow and resolve issues
Manage club's procurement needs
Manage club finances sales and expenditures
high level of ownership
Facilitate tours at the club
Important qualities to have :

Qualifications: Experience in Sales and Administrative Roles , Preferrably in a Kids-centric environment
- Passion for working with children and creating a positive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both children and parents.
- Ability to handle various responsibilities,Multi-tasking.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to attend offsite classes at other locations on specified days.
- Ability to commit the weekends
