Job Scope:
1. Provide frontline services - registration, payments, scheduling of appointments
2. Reconcile daily monetary transactions
3. Liase with patients and patient care-givers
4. Conduct training for new staff on-boarded
5. Manage patients' feedback and enquiries & perform service recovery
6.Manage patients' referral arrangements
7.Monitor inventories of non-clinical items
8. Perform temperature taking, simple triage and taking basic health parameters
9. Take part in quality improvement initiatives and projects when assigned
Requirements:
The candidate must be organised, responsive, have effective communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Special Attributes and Knowledge:
1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
2. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin. Ability to speak Malay or major local dialects will be added advantage
3. IT Savvy. Proficient in MS Office applications
