• Responsible for leading and coordinating all technical aspects of AC power substation projects. Responsibilities / Job Description:

• In-house / on-site servicing, maintenance & calibration of portable and fixed instruments and equipment such as gas detectors, flow meters, testing machines, control panels etc
• Manage projects for remote sensor monitoring and fixed detection systems including customized control / monitoring panels
• Attend site visits to determine project requirements
• Preparation of technical documentation
• Conduct product training / demo / presentations
• Attend a wide variety of job sites such as process plants, factories, marine vessels (occasionally)
• Working at height occasionally required

Requirements:

• Customer oriented, independent with a positive working attitude
• Min. Diploma in Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering or relevant qualification
• Min. 3 yrs experience related to servicing of electronic / electrical instruments / equipment
• Class 3 Driving license
• Remuneration will correspond to relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Provision of appropriate welcome/farewell services upon patrons’ arrival or departure.
• Assist in enforcing venue’s Conditions of Entry and Emergency Management Procedures as necessary.
• Engage with patrons throughout the event to enhance the service experience.
• Respond to patrons’ feedback and take appropriate timely actions.
• Escort patrons to respective locations within the Venue.
• Provide support to the Customer Service team, as and when required during the event.

Requirements:

• Preferable with at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service in the Hospitality Industry or Airline Industries

• Contact previous customers to market current promotions
• Attend to customers who call-in with enquires and request for quotations, or directing them to the appropriate sales person
• Assist sales persons to prepare quotations for customers orders
• Provide delivery status or updates of customers’ orders, coordinate changes if necessary
• Update changes in customers’ information
• Update inventory records, customers’ sales records and price change information
• Coordinate with store for collection and delivery of goods
• Perform any other Ad Hoc projects and assignments as and when required

Job Requirements

• Singaporean, PR or LTVP only
• Must be proficient in Malay language as our customer base is mostly Malay.
• Job is currently temporary for a 4-weeks period from 12 March 2024 to 8 April 2024.
