Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in related field
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of customer service management experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Showcase proven people management skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair container handling equipment at PSA, depots, and workshops.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance services for equipment.
• Respond to customer breakdown calls promptly.
• Assist in assembling, installing, testing, and commissioning new equipment.
• Work on various equipment types: Reach stacker, empty container stacker, terminal tractor, and heavy forklift.

Requirements:

• ITE in Mechanical/Electrical/Automotive or equivalent.
• Possess Forklift or Class 3 driving licenses.
