Position Summary

Reporting to the Service Manager, the position of Service Supervisor is part of a team responsible for delivering a first-class field service response to our customers through the management and development of the Field Service Personnel.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Own the service processes and make recommendations where necessary
2. Assist the Service Manager with creating accurate business forecasts.
3. Ensure new service requests are acknowledged within 24 hours
4. Ensure that health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to and a culture of safe working is followed. This includes conducting safety audits on Field Service Personnel and ensuring any actions resulting from the audit are closed.
5. Plan, co-ordinate and supervise onsite works ensuring all scopes of work are completed in a safe and efficient manner.
6. Receive service requests by phone and email from customers and give advice and recommendations where appropriate.
7. Provide technical advice to customers.
8. Co-ordinate the completion of engineering site survey’s utilising appropriately trained Field Service Personnel.
9. Oversee the Field Service Personnel workload and source additional resources as required.
10. Co-ordinate the successful completion of all onsite works resulting from a service bulletin.
11. Ensure Field Service Personnel reports including supporting documentation are received in a timely manner, review and advise invoice instructions to the team administrator for processing.
12. Arrange and carry out customer visits to ensure customer satisfactions and develop new service business in line with corporate direction.
13. Attend site progress meetings when required.
14. Arrange the hire/sub-contracting of required equipment and services to ensure completion of onsite works.

Job Description:
You will handle patient accounts receivable transactions involving journal postings, payment reconciliation, outstanding accounts review and follow-up. You will support front desk duties in cashiering, attending to patient enquiries on bills, claims, payment and financial assistance applications. Other responsibilities include computation of statistical information for analysis, checking of document completeness, maintaining secured document keeping, providing administrative support to the department and perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Have at least a GCE ‘O’ Level or NITEC/Diploma in Automotive Technology, and experience in scheduling repairs and planning resources.
• Basic Knowledge of car components and repair estimates, solve problems effectively, and know the motor insurance claim process.
• Customer-focused, proactive, organized, detail-oriented. Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Hold a valid Class 3 driving license.

Reporting to the Service Supervisor, in this role you will be part of a National team of Field Service Engineers providing a prompt and effective service to customers within the Water, Power, Petrochemical and other associated Industries.  

In this role you will identify faults, repair, test and modify actuators in the field, carry out planned and preventative maintenance, mechanical and electrical installations of actuators and associated retrofit adaption of components, pedestals and drive shafts and completing accurate and technical site visit reports for each job.

This role would suit a determined problem-solver, who can think logically for troubleshooting issues and has the willingness to travel.

Job Responsibilities

• Handling incoming calls, handling technician requests, Prepare Quotations for MCSTs, and handling project correspondences.
• Coordinate service appointments and dispatch technicians to client locations as needed.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and resolution activities using our SRM system.
• Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and concerns.
• Monitor the status of ongoing service appointments and provide regular updates to customers as needed.
• Assist with billing inquiries, invoice processing, and payment collection.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.
