RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical deployments in all running projects & new projects as a team member of Service Delivery Division

Job Title: Patient Service Executive / Network Clinic Coordinator

Responsibilities:

· Support United Primary Care Network (PCN) recruitment, onboarding, and training of GP Partners.

· Promote GP engagement, attend to their enquiries and support them in Healthier SG (HSG) drive.

· Work closely with GPs for PCN and HSG enrolment of chronic and well patients

· Liaise with the service providers or GPs in arranging provision of ancillary services by PCN/HSG
