Day to Day Activities

• Provide excellent customer service to GetGo’s customers

Who We Are Looking For

• Passionate team member who loves to serve
• Minimum two (2) years experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar Customer Service role, preferably with live chat support background
• Experience using help desk software such as Intercom, Zendesk is preferred
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word

The Role:

Momos is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic Customer Success team. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and guidance.
