Job Scope:
- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency
- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)
(no cold-calling at all!)
- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria
- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for both clients and tutors
- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service
- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Job Requirements:

• Manage order receipts efficiently, prioritizing timely order processing and good customer interactions and relationships.
• Supports the order to cash process with excellence in order processing.
• Registers and processes customer orders in the system received via, electronic mail, phone or through other contact with the customer.
• Ensures order processing is handled correct and in full and is transferred to the transporters (logistics). Raises issues in delivery and/or invoices process with Supervisor.
• Acts as first level contact with customer for answers to questions and in attempting to resolve complaints.
• Completes registering / filing / archiving of customer service-related documentation.
• Assures cooperation between customer service regarding administration of customers’ orders.
• Providing ad-hoc general administrative support when assigned.
• Prepare and issue POs to suppliers on a timely basis
• Performed goods received and follow up on incoming discrepancies with supplier in accordance with the issued POs
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers for daily stock movements.
• Manage inventory levels, review purchase order backlogs and reconcile against supplier open PO .
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to meet customer shipment demands.
• Oversee forecast accuracy and evaluate safety stock needs
