• Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and pricing for air export shipments.
• Prepare and review air export documentation including Airway Draft.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding customer needs and requirements
• Generating of quotations based on customer requirements.
• Ensure customer purchase orders are executed in a timely manner.
• Ensure all customer required specifications, drawings and any related documentations are communicated to appropriate personnel within the organization.
• Manage all delivery and pricing against customer purchase orders and timely delivery.
• Handle customer returns and co-ordinate shipment

Requirements:

• Min Dip / Deg with 2-3 years of experience
• Good customer service & negotiation skills
• Knowledge in Oracle system
• Preferably with Manufacturing exp

Job Description:

1. Unit Inspection and Preparation:

• Conduct thorough inspections of condominium units to identify and document defects.
• Ensure units are fully rectified and in pristine condition for handover to homeowners.

2. Defects Rectification:

• Coordinate with the main contractor and homeowners to ensure timely and satisfactory defect rectifications.
• Arrange joint inspections with homeowners post-rectification as needed.

3. Handover Preparation and Execution:

• Assist the Customer Service team in preparing handover kits with accurate and complete information.
• Support the seamless handover process by liaising with homeowners and contractors.

4. Customer Feedback and Complaints:

• Address homeowner complaints or feedback related to defects or unit quality.
• Work towards satisfactory resolution in collaboration with contractors and internal teams.
