• Ensure that SAFRA EnergyOne premises and fitness equipment are always clean and tidy.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure SAFRA EnergyOne gym members to abide gym Rules and Regulations.
• Ensure only valid members are allowed to use the facilities.
• Provide proper guidance on the usage of equipment and training instructions for all fitness programs to members.
• Assist in conducting the various fitness and recreational activities for EnergyOne gym members and guests.
• Assist members and guests on queries pertaining to SAFRA EnergyOne Membership, Personal Training, and gym usage.
• Ensure SAFRA EnergyOne gym members check-in and check-out of the gym.
• Assist in any other ad hoc duties assigned in the gym.

Requirement:

Valid recognized fitness and first aid certifications needed.

Work Timings:

Minimum work timings will be 4 hours to 8 hours workdays, must be inclusive of at least an FRI, SAT, or SUN/PH.

To be able to commit to at least 2 openings [6.15am to 10.30am/ 2.30pm] And 2 closing shifts [2.30pm/6.30pm to 10.45pm].

Other shifts are negotiable only if can commit to above.

Transport claims available for opening shift.

Responsibilities:

Program Management:

• Develop, implement, and oversee CoC programs and services.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance to ensure objectives are met.

Collaboration:

• Foster partnerships with healthcare providers, social service agencies, and community organizations.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

Data Management:

• Maintain accurate records and data related to program activities and outcomes.

• Engage community members and stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all programs comply with relevant regulations and organizational standards.
• Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Project Management Professional) are advantageous.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program coordination or management within healthcare or social services.
• Experience with community-based care programs is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
