Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Sales Middle Office or Client Services

• Native speaker in Japanese to provide support to the Japanese Market

• Proactive and willing to drive new initiatives and changes

• Good analytical skills, due diligence and attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal skills, good attitude, and strong communication / presentation skills

• Able to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Familiarity with eCommerce space is preferred

• Mandarin fluency would be advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
• Assist in monitoring the guests’ needs, check and coordinate special requests such as special menu requirements, cake or flower orders, tables’ requests, and promotional offers
• Allocate and check the table arrangement both prior and during service, ensuring special requests are met wherever possible
• Check on guests’ satisfaction, attend guests’ needs and comments with proper follow up with Manager

Job Description

• Position Title: Printer Field Service Technician
• Working Location: Islandwide (Office Location at Tuas)
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon to Fri (8.30 am – 6 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• To support service team for on-going and outstanding maintenance projects.
• Install, start-up commissioning and repair of Printer at customer field locations.
• Perform a variety of maintenance and technical support on installed products and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve malfunctions.
• Determine when products should be upgraded or replaced.
• Other ad hoc task as assigned.
