RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver consistent good customer service including inquiries, and complaints at all times
• Be customer-centric with both internal and external stakeholders via all communication channels.
• Handle phone and email enquiries of current and prospective customers of NTUC Health
• Advise and promote the value of our NTUC Health services to the customers.
• Address enquiries, referrals, scheduling of appointments and other support required from the various communication channels; recommend relevant services within NTUC Health to address the needs of the stakeholders.
• Manages service feedback and liaises with relevant stakeholders to resolve the issues within a stipulated time frame.
• Track and monitor customers enquiries from all channels such as Call Centre Hotline, E-mails, Whatsapp, and Online Messages in a timely manner, including service recovery.
• Meet KPI requirements.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Reporting Officer.

• Preferably general degree or minimum A Levels with some customer service experiences
• Someone with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Someone who is resourceful and provides timely and accurate information to our seniors
• Someone who is patient and meticulous and enjoys working with a senior person.
• Prior experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
• Proficiency in a 2nd language would be advantageous.

• Working hours: 9am - 7pm
• Working days: 5 Days work (Off days will be on weekday)
• Locations: River Valley Rd (Great World MRT)
• Salary: Basic $2500 - $3200 + Commission + AWS + VB

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming guests, answering all calls and directing as needed and Talking with customers to select a grooming package
• Ensure all grooming appointments are properly scheduled
• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene level and cleanliness of the entire grooming centre
• Resolving customer problems as needed
• Assist Groomer Team on the day-to-day business operations
• Assist Daycare Team on the day-to-day business operations
• Assist in selling retail products & packages
• Handle and take care of dogs and cats
• Any other duties / tasks / projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Not afraid to handle and take care of dogs and cats
• Prior experience in customer service
• 5 Day Work Week (have to work on weekends & some PH)

Brief Description:
Handling tickets and resolving EUC issues.

Job Description:

• Good knowledge of desktop support for both hardware and software
• Basic diagnosis and provide support to resolve issues related to M365, Active Directory, and Windows Operating System
• Single point of contact for end users to log incident and service requests via email and hotline
• Ensuring user queries or issues are captured and validated for further processing
• Co-ordinate with different support team (including vendor coordination) to ensure issue resolved with proper resolution recorded
• Follow SOP and Policy defined
• Escalates next level of technical support for incident resolution, as appropriate
• Monitors the progress and status of all open tickets toward incident resolution ad requests fulfilment
• Monitors and keeps customers/users informed of ticket status and updates at agreed intervals, till ticket closure
• Responsible to produce breaching and ageing reports for tickets logged by Service Desk
• Responsible for Call logging, Call Assignment, Incident Management & Coordination, Call Tracking and follow‐up till closure within agreed SLA
• Implementing best practices to reduce time and increase efficiency
• Incident ownership, monitoring, tracking and communication with all parties
• Focus on First Call resolution to ensure early closure of tickets

Requirements:

• Minimum higher NITEC or Diploma in IT related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant in IT service desk experience
• L2 desktop troubleshooting skillset
• Possess good customer service, communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Possess good phone etiquette

Contract Type: 12 Months (Renewal)

Salary: SGD2,800 to SGD3,500

Location: Dover & other site

Working Hours: Office Hours Mon – Fri 8:00am to 5:30pm or 9:00am to 6.30pm

Commencement: Notice Period 1 Month or Less
