Job Responsibility

Customer Service Officers are key to supporting the daily operations of the business and managing customer service relationships. The primary responsibilities include:

Assist in the day to day administration of the centre (roster, scheduling, payments, etc.)

Assist in student enrolments (enquiries, assessments, registration, etc.)

Assist in scheduling classes to ensure optimal use of resources (classrooms, materials, etc.)

Record keeping

Establishing excellent rapport with parents, children and teachers

Responsible for maintaining brand standards (image and presentation, safety and hygiene)

Ensuring a positive and nurturing learning environment

Requirements:
