Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of polyvinyl alcohol and its applications.
• At least 3-5 years knowledge and experience in laboratory work and evaluation for polyvinyl alcohol and its application.
• Proficient in spoken and written Japanese as communication with Japan headquarters and R&D is a must.

Job Description:

· Preparing and send quotation to customer in a timely manner

· Revise or change quotation details upon request from customer

· Maintaining and updating records in SAP CRM accurately

· Keeping track of the sales team’s communication with customers

· Support in following up sales lead and opportunities in SAP CRM for sales team

· Ability to communicate both internal and external customers at all levels
