Responsibilities:

Customer Service

 Listen to and document customer concerns and issues with their vehicle.

Provide clear and concise explanations of recommended services and repairs.

 Offer advice on vehicle maintenance and warranties.

Service Consultation and coordination

Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow.

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate diagnostics and

repairs.

 Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the service

process.

 Review the service and repairs completed with the customer, ensuring

satisfaction.

IT Security Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate information security policies, standards, guidelines, baselines, and practices to protect the integrity and confidentiality of information.
• Proactively identify compliance-related issues to mitigate security risks, addressing gaps in control design and effectiveness, while seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
• Drive IT security programs aligned with internal and external standards, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Maintain standards and controls to ensure data protection based on classification.
• Collaborate with business units to identify critical data and implement appropriate data classification and protection standards.
• Support internal and external audit processes for relevant compliance concerns, including PDPA.
• Manage and report monthly Global Security Index activities related to Personal Information, Security Management, and Technology Security.
• Work closely with Legal, HR, IT, Marketing, and other departments for GSI reports.

IT Support Responsibilities

• Provide IT technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues for various users.
• Establish, implement, and review IT policies, IT asset lifecycle policies, and standards to ensure proper usage, compliance, and security of information assets.
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures and system standards.
• Provide standby support for VIP meetings.
• Perform inventory management and health checks of software licenses, hardware, and other IT peripherals.
• Ensure proper documentation of all IT infrastructure setups, software licenses, and any software modifications.
• Design and conduct IT user training on systems managed by the IT Department.
• Ensure uninterrupted service for Operations users through timely IT support.
• Align IT operations with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
• Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.
• Handle the annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Requirements -
