· Responsible for providing a high standard of customer service

· To generate weekly reports to update management on the progress of all enquiries and order confirmation to both internal and external customers

· Conduct weekly meeting with inter-related depts. such as Sales, Parts Executive, Finance, Store, Purchasing possible for providing a high standard of Customer Service;

· Ensure timely billing for service job completed within 3 working days through ESOS to customers;

SERVICE OPS.

· Responsible for updates of daily Technician Schedules, including breakdown calls, maintenance, load tests, visual inspection, etc to ESOS.

· To conduct morning briefing with Technicians on ensuring their awareness of the job schedule for the day itself;

· To organise weekly operations meetings with Technicians;

· Work closely with Supervisor on assigning right team for jobs;

· Ensure timely deliveries, right quality and quantity of parts to Customers;

· To ensure electrical jobs under projects are completed on time by Technicians;

· Responsible for maintenance of Equipment List and update of all relevant parts details on regular basis;

· To ensure Technicians are always in proper and clean overalls;

· To check on proper housekeeping at the Service Area, Electrical room, truck cleanliness;

· To ensure tools in toolboxes, tools in tool bags, full PPE of technicians, stocks in trucks are checked on a weekly basis;

OTHERS

· Ensure procedures, standards and guidelines are followed and maintained;

· Ensure all documentation of records are up to date and filed accordingly;

· Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Your Impact

• Provide Technical Support to customers and partners
• Provide technical services include writing scripts, troubleshooting and best practices to customers

The Service Manager is accountable to ensure a seamless, efficient, and effective end-to-end implementation and execution of assigned ITIL processes.

Your key tasks

• Act as the single point of contact for one or more customers for IT Outsourcing (ITO) and Application Management Services (AMS) in the existing Avaloq SaaS Center, Platform operations and AMS L2, L3 Organizations
• Ensure the delivery of ITO & AMS services according to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) contracted to our customers
• Regularly update, review or re-define SLAs with the customers
• Responsible of the external and internal communication in case of major incidents
• Coordination of internal departments in order to favour a quick solution and subsequent remediation actions
• Report regularly on the services’ status to the customers and to the Avaloq  Management Team
• Supervise the implementation of the Service Management processes and proactively initiate actions, required to maintain and/or improve the service level
• Keep an effective communication with the customer and the account managers, facilitating the communication flow between the customer and Avaloq
• Contribute to the increase of the customer satisfaction, through the internal “Voice of the Customer” portal
• Ensure tickets/requests raised contain the required documentation and follow defined SDLC processes
• Ensure clear representation and consistent communications internally and externally.
• Collate, prepare and submit/present defined KPIs and Statistics.
