Job Objectives

Operation Analyst and Service Support for GIPS Business Units key focus on Resource management, HC / FTE budgeting, seating and space management, audit/compliance support and resource related reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Position Summary / Project Description

The Assistant Manager for Delivery Management will plan, manage, and deliver operations with ITSM methodology, primarily focusing on Demand and Release management. Change and Service Request Management

Process Management

• At least 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in generating and developing system processes, user and non-functional requirements in complex information system environments.
