Cleaner (Full Time)

• Cleans classroom, toilets, common areas ,office, reception, parents’ area, windows, doors, fans, shelves, cabinet, shoe racks, cubbies, children’s tables and chairs (including dining area)
• Cleans floor rugs, art and craft area, and soft covers
• Cleans area if children soil themselves
• Clears rubbish from classroom/office
• Washing of dishes
• Maintain and stock-take cleaning supplies
• Assist in kitchen when needed
• Prepare simple meals when needed

Requirement

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a childcare setting, demonstrating competence in cooking and maintaining cleanliness.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and proper cleaning techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with young children and adapt to their needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with childcare center staff.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving around the childcare center.
• Certificate in Food Handling and Safety is an advantage.

-Document financial transactions by entering account information.

-Keep track of Accounts Payable & Receivables and banking matters

 -Responsible for generating sales tax invoices , quotations etc to customers

Manage queries, registration, emails and and payment for courses.

- Organize and schedule appointments, answer and direct calls

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and maintain a filing system

• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

- Welcome and support visitors, clients in a hospitable manner

- Manage staff welfare, office hygiene and pantry matters

[What you will be working on]

The Customer Relations (CRR) department performs the Corporate Communications role at the College. It oversees matters related to college event management, marketing communications as well as school/corporate visits as part of networking and outreach endeavours.

As a Head/Senior Officer, you will be expected to:

- Manage the operations of the Experience ITE Centre - a centre set up to promote the ITE brand of education to secondary school students

- Promote and market ITE courses to secondary school students, through outreach efforts and programmes

- Plan, manage and support projects related to events for outreach to students, teachers and parents through career fairs, talks, workshops and learning journeys

- Manage student leaders in relation to the promotion of the College

- Aid in the College’s social media engagement efforts

- Assist with other CRR-related functions including branding and promotion campaigns as well as coordination efforts with regards to the hosting of international visitors.

- You are a team player with minimum 2 years’ experience working either in outreach, marketing or corporate communications.

- You should possess good interpersonal and communication skills, able to project manage, multitask and cope well under pressure.
