Applied Value Technologies is seeking a Triage Specialist to assist in the delivery of our mission- and business-critical application services with internal customers. About You:

We are looking for someone to:

• Provide efficient support on product and integration issues, and ticket triaging.
• Follow detailed processes and workflows to support engineering teams.
• Support service Request Management.
• Support content creation, content update, and knowledge management.
• Solve basic admin, and configuration issues in SFDC.
• Rapidly diagnose, investigate, and resolve or troubleshoot issues and refine them into clear, concise communication and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with engineering teams to identify solutions to recurring product issues and improve on-the-ground engagement quality with cross-functional partners.
• Effectively and concisely communicate technical resolution, workarounds, or product confusion to bug reporters and/or engineering teams.
• Efficiently and effectively execute SOPs and develop and maintain the knowledge base.

Some stuff you need:

• 1-2 years of hands-on technical application, product support, or business process experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce - Service Cloud (some knowledge of Case Management, SOQL, LWC, read through Apex Code, Live Agents, and WhatsApp)
• Experience operating with SLAs in a client-facing role in a production support environment.

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a similar area
• Salesforce (Service Cloud) and Mulesoft qualified, certifications, etc.
• Experience in techno-functional Salesforce and Mulesoft integration in a hands-on support role
• Application development and ERP implementation experience.

Job Description

• Lead the team to ensure standards and procedures are applied in daily operations.
• Responsible for the operation and administration of Housekeeping and Linen Room.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all guest rooms and public areas/ facilities.
• Control and monitor housekeeping inventory and supplies.
• Attend to guest requests and resolve guest complaints when necessary.
• Oversee quality and performance of outsourced / contract services and employees.
• Implement training/ development plans for staff.
• Periodic inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
• Prepare and submit daily/ monthly reports and data for management update and decision making.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Preferably Diploma/ Degree/ Professional Qualifications in Hotel Management.
• Min 6 – 8 years of housekeeping experience inclusive of 2 – 3 years in an executive position.
• Possess strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under time and resource pressure.
• Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent team player with time management skills.
• Able to manage priorities and deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to sales enquiries, quotations and responding to customer enquiries.
• Manage RFQ, review quote package, generate accurate and detailed quote summary for review.
• Liaise with purchasers on cost involving on the sales enquiries or quotations.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations.
• Collaborate with internal resources to identify the make/buy logic for the bill of materials.
• Apply work knowledge to improve quote formats and output efficiency.
• Others ad-hoc duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical/Precision Engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity or experience on CNC machining or precision engineering environment preferred.
• Well verse in Microsoft Office.
• Able to interpret mechanical/technical drawings, bill of materials, specifications and Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Familiar with CNC metal machining process like turning and milling etc.
• Pleasant personality and able to communicate well with customers for their request.
• Meticulous, excellent with details.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
