• Responding promptly to emergency service calls, especially when elevators break down unexpectedly, to restore functionality and ensure safety.
• Ensuring that elevators comply with relevant safety codes, regulations, and standards. Keeping abreast of industry updates and changes in safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• A minimum of one year of pertinent technical experience in the lift industry is required.
• Willing to travel across the entire island as per site requirements.

Job Description:

• Verification of opportunities and ensuring that all documentations (e.g.: licenses, menus) are valid for smooth merchant onboarding.
• Handles day-to-day operations for the Sales team through various tasks (e.g.: report generation, pipeline management, onboarding, slides).
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in relation to onboarding and contracting processes.
• Handles tickets and channel escalations and assigning them to the relevant stakeholders within SLA.
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by team lead.
