• Organize restaurant bookings, curate a menu for guests, arrange payment options.
• Create quotation and confirmation forms for large group, private room and function room bookings.
• Keep track of events, update/manager MS Excel & Google Sheet files.
• Addressing guest complaints or concerns effectively, finding solutions to issues, and escalating matters to management when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Providing information about the restaurant background, promotions, transportation options, and other arrangements as needed.
• Providing exceptional customer service to guests by greeting them warmly, assisting with inquiries, and addressing their needs and requests promptly and courteously.

Job requirements:

• Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism or related field
• Experience managing Table Management System
• Experience managing an omni-channel system is an advantage
• Well versed in MS Office
• At least 3 years’ experience as customer service officer for restaurant industry.
• Previous experience as restaurant supervisor, manager is an advantage.

Job Description

We are currently hiring Freelance Coding & Robotics Teachers to join us. As a Teacher, you are expected to provide students with a fun and engaging learning environment that promotes critical thinking, while addressing the individual academic needs of each student. Students are aged from kindergarten to secondary school.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering computer science and robotic lessons.
• A skill for explaining concepts in an engaging manner.
• Patience and love for dealing with children of all ages.
• Assess student’s learning and provide constructive feedback to students and Parents when required.
• Good communication skills, collaborates well in a team. Establishes positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.

Your Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or science. Maths and Science tuition teachers are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates who are not pursuing a diploma/degree in the abovementioned specialisations, but who are interested to join the Tech education sector, may also apply.
• Experience in coding is not required, training will be provided. A strong interest to learn coding or to develop already acquired coding skills in a Must.
• Passion for educating children and if you have teaching experience, it would be a plus.
• Experience with teaching students with learning differences and special needs a plus.

Work hours

9am- 6pm on weekdays and 8.30am – 5.30pm on weekends.

We are looking for candidates who have an outstanding passion for creating memorable experiences to join our front office team. As a Guest Service Executive - Front Office, you will help to ensure that all our guests truly enjoy their stay at the hotels and depart with the intention to return.

You will need to have an excellent command of the English language, outstanding organisational skills and the experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring your shift runs smoothly and our guests experience seamless service.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Process guest check-ins and room assignments following the hotels' rate structures, discounts and sell/upsell strategies. Accommodate special requests when possible.

- Process check-in/check-out including luggage assistance and collect payments in compliance with cash handling, credit card processing and accounting policies and procedures.

- Answer inquiries about hotel services, in-house events, directions, local attractions, etc. Assist guests with safety boxes, additional guest room keys, transportation, etc.

- Pre-register, block reservations and, as appropriate, take same day and future reservations. Cancel room reservations according to policies and procedures.

- Perform night audit during midnight shift and prepare necessary reports.

- Handle any Marriott-related enquiries.

- Ensure release of any Company, hotel, brand and guest information is consistent with privacy policies, practices and regulations.

- On time and at work when scheduled and in proper uniform.

- Attend department meetings as scheduled.

- Consistent professional and positive attitude and actions when communicating with guests and associates.

- Flexibility to work in other positions/deaprtments as the need arises.

- Comply with policies and procedures. Practice safe work habits and comply with sanitary, safety, security and emergency procedures.

- Write shift reports including reports on any incidents of theft, accidents or injuries when assigned.

- Check with manager / supervisor before leaving work area for any reason.

- Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Participate in task forces and committees as requested.
