• Drive implementation of the Service strategy condition assessments, AIS/PASS/GIS Systems diagnostics, Digital portfolio, tool pool setup and control etc and ensure corresponding plans are implemented consistently in the Service organization leveraging on the synergies between PGHV.
• Drive, implement, report and monitor performance targets as part of the local unit P&L (OPQ, OTD, CCRP’s, Orders, revenue, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.).
• Run the day-to-day Service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of Service productivity, implement agreed delivery and performance standard to ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction.
• Execute the (global) service and delivery sales channel strategy within the local unit and implement productized Service offerings and materials for marketing purposes and invests in Service Sales to increase market penetration. You will build sustainable customer relationships to ensure local client growth, satisfaction, and retention together with Sales and support Sales resources in customer meetings.
• Drive consistent development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score (NPS)) and invest in improving the quality of existing Service products and in developing new Service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction.
• Take responsible for health and safety of the local Service Unit People leadership and development, ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, directed, guide, motivate, develop direct and indirect subordinates and improve training, develop capabilities and competencies.

Your background:

• University degree in bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• More than 10 years of experience in High Voltage industry of 44kV and above
• Competent knowledge of the high voltage industry in Singapore
• Experience in managing a team of 10-20
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

Working days: Work 4 days per week including both weekends

Working Hours: 10.30am to 9.30pm

Responsibility:

• Meet personal sales goals and help the team reach theirs.
• Assist customers in-store and on the phone, sharing product details.
• Do direct marketing to boost sales.
• Take part in outdoor sales and events.
• Manage counter tasks, including handling payments.
• Take on extra tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum O level qualification.
• Preferably 1-2years with relevant experience
• Computer literate
