Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers on shipment and delivery enquires
• Providing prompt and professional attention to all their requests or problems
• Process all job orders into the system promptly and accurately
• Generate job instructions to relevant operations team accordingly to customer’s request correctly and on timely
• Liaise with different internal department & external contractor when required
• Pre-plan operations such as container trucking for Import and Export shipment depending on the complicatedness of the commodity and arrange special equipment such as cranes
• Timely monitoring and update of vessel details via Port net
• Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirement
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
• Prepare job sheets for account’s department to generate customers’ invoices

Job Requirements

• Have passion in customer service, friendly and possess good attitude with previous service experience in logistics will be an advantage
• Diploma holder or its equivalent with 2 years of work experience
• Good phone etiquette, problem solving, good communication and organization skills
• Able to work independently and resolve issues arising from late deliveries, customer complaints, etc..
• Customer service oriented, team player with initiative and willing to take on responsibilities
• Ability to respond to ad-hoc and urgent demand on timely and professionally

Job Scope:

Summary:

Compliance Document Support Associates support the operations and services across its areas of expertise namely, Halal Conversion and Management, Training and Inspection/Audits. The role is exciting and varied, with a combination of on-the-job and classroom learning, hands-on delivery and client facing experiences from day-one. The position also have a central role to play in services development.

Responsibilities:

• Organise & maintain files and records (electronically & in hardcopies)
• Prepare & process documents for timely submission to the relevant authorities.
• Continuous engagement or communication with client & authorities, necessary to the applications
• Assist trainers to prepare and organize training sessions
• Partner with Consultants to review, resolve, research & respond to client inquiries and issues as well as to ensure operational tasks are completed
• Partner with Consultants and Compliance Officer to plan and execute audit schedules at clients premises.

Responsibilities:

• Attend and fulfill client enquiries and requests relating to their bank accounts within the expected quality and service standards.
• Support internal enquiries and requests from the various business functions in the Bank in regard to systems, processes, procedures and other banking matters.
• Manage client issues and complaints, and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve these issues in accordance to internal procedures and regulatory standards.
• Engage and work closely with partners and stakeholders in identifying root causes of system outages, process gaps and deficiencies. And follow-up on the implementation of preventive measures to prevent recurrence of issues or problems.

Education:

Qualifications:

• Possess ability to present concepts and influence/lead change
• Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of risk and control expectations in a banking environment
• Must be comfortable in handling technical system application issues and enquiries
• Deliver high-quality customer service with focus on client issue management and achieving quality results consistently

• Analyse and fine tune the speech analytics (SA) content and applications

• Ensure accuracy in system triggers to ensure false alerts are promptly reviewed and addressed

• For Call audits category under SA, ensure business lines conform to audit criteria and participation

• Liaise with business lines and vendor for constant content applicability, comprehensiveness and accuracy

Requirements:

• Singaporean

• Strong analytical skills and data comprehension expertise.

• Possess at least 3 to 5 years in call center experience.

• Attain Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set out i.e. >85% accuracy in SA triggers

• Strong fact finding skills to ensure correct content are present and necessary.

• Those with Call Center speech analytics background will be highly advantageous.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and commit to extra hours to meet deadlines.
