12. Understand the IT management policy, quality management policy and security guidelines to ensure the development processes and procedures and system are designed to comply with policies and guidelines
13. Communicate and present to senior decision makers, stakeholders and management forums on project progress and issues with respect to business objectives

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Team player with strong organization and people management skills
• Hands-on experience in full project development life cycles
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders across an organization
• Good presentation skills and proficiency in MS computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SQL required
• Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand business needs and challenges
• Results and customer oriented
• Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English.
• Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Info-comm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5-8 years of Project Management experience
• Knowledge in logistics and supply chain management solutions and business processes will be an added advantage

Job Description:
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our equipment is efficiently maintained, installed, and serviced. This role requires close collaboration with our clients, offering technical support and hands-on troubleshooting to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing and preventive maintenance for equipment.
• Communicate with suppliers, peers, and customers (business units and manufacturing sites) to accurately relay technical information.
• Response to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and take corrective actions within targeted timeline.
• Provide technical training and support to client staff as necessary.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all client visits.

Requirements:

• Degree in any engineering studies.
