Job Responsibilities:

To assist Management Reporting team on the following tasks:

• Support implementation of dashboards (eg. Power BI, Qlikview).
• Provide required MIS support during monthly financial performance review and reporting
• Support preparation work for budget exercise and undertake ad-hoc projects relating to financial data.

Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive cargo bookings and reservations from customers.
• Manage cargo booking, planning, and closure to optimize cargo space and loading.
• Address customer needs and uphold service levels specified by the Airlines and the company.
• Handle the planning and resolution of customer complaints, claims, and tracing.
• Compile accurate Cargo Sales Reports (CSRs) and submit them to airlines, agents, and the accounts department in a timely manner, meeting set deadlines.
• Coordinate with airline operations, Ground Handling Agents (GHAs), and customers/agents to ensure compliance with IATA regulations in the submission of cargo.
• Assist Sales and Senior Managers in quotations and telesales.

• Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions, Helpdesk ticketing systems.
• Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices, Enterprise encryption solutions, Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory.
• Proven analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task, effectively determine priorities and meet SLA’s.
