The Quality & Training Team in Primary and Community Care Division supports the capability and capacity building of the PCN HQ care teams to strengthen team-based care approach. The Primary Care Networks (PCN) is setup for General Practitioners (GP) clinics to support holistic and team-based care. With the implementation of Healthier SG, the PCN HQ will continue to play an important role to ensure more effective chronic disease management.

Administration

Job Description:
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our equipment is efficiently maintained, installed, and serviced. This role requires close collaboration with our clients, offering technical support and hands-on troubleshooting to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing and preventive maintenance for equipment.
• Communicate with suppliers, peers, and customers (business units and manufacturing sites) to accurately relay technical information.
• Response to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and take corrective actions within targeted timeline.
• Provide technical training and support to client staff as necessary.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all client visits.
• Managing spare parts inventory.
• Practices good health and safe workplace.

Requirements:

• Degree in any engineering studies.
• Min 1 or 2 Years of relevant experience
• Exp in Semiconductor Industry / handling Semiconductor equipment will be added advantages
• Assembly exp will be added advantages
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients.
• Bilingual (Chinese & English) to liaise with Chinese speaking associate.

• Access control, able to work under minimal supervision.
