Job Description
1. Attend to all incoming phone calls, enquiries and deliveries
promptly.
2. Attend to walk-in students, teachers, parents, visitors and school
stakeholders with care and empathy.
3. Contact parents of unwell students to be taken home or students
who have been absent from school.
4. Provide simple first aid to injured/unwell students and maintain the
sick bay including first aid supplies.
5. Man the General Office reception counter and ensure it is clean
and tidy.
6. Manage simple office administrative tasks such as receiving and
directing of incoming mails/packages, making trips to Post Office,
managing and distributing notifications and letters to teachers’
trays, filing, collating and printing of documents.
7. Call & engage with parents for administrative matters e.g. GIRO
forms, financial aid supporting documents.
8. Perform adminstrative tasks using basic Microsoft Office e.g. data
entry, preparing Word documents & Excel spreadsheets.
9. Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Staff
