Option to Extend: The Contractor grants the Authority the option to extend the Contract for a further period of one year from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00 am to 4.30 pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break

Fridays: 7.00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazette public holidays

The Services required are set out as follows:

Administrative duties to support school day to day operations:

a. Attend to phone calls and walk-in enquiries;

b. Maintain registry of all incoming & outgoing mails;

c. Accept mails/goods on behalf of school and ensure prompt routing to the staff in-charge;

d. Printing jobs and issuing of stationery to staff & students; maintain stock of office stationery;

e. Attend to students matters including unwell cases, lost & found etc

f. Clerical duties such as survey collation, data entry, filing, minutes-writing etc

g. Any other duties as assigned by the school

Note:

Candidate to be deployed either at school’s General Office or at school’s MOE kindergarten interchangable.

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills

and experience:

a. Full GCE O Level or A Level certificate or its equivalent. Salary ranges from $1,800 - $2,580 depending on qualification and relevant working experience.

b. Good communication and inter-personal skills

c. Good team player who is resourceful and has a high level of

initiative

d. Meticulous and detailed in carrying out tasks

e. Proficient in MS Office

f. Possess initiative and resourcefulness to handle challenging situations

g. Knowledge of first-aid is preferred

h. Must have at least 2 years of experience working in a school or related environment.
